Paleo Broccoli Cabbage Coleslaw

  • 1 8.5 oz package of mixed carrots, cabbage, broccoli, kale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise* see notes
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder


  1. If you bought a package of shredded veggies go ahead and put them in a bowl. Otherwise, use a cheese grater and get to shredding! 

  2. Add the paleo mayonnaise, acv, sea salt, cracked pepper and onion powder to the bowl and mix it all together. 

  3. Enjoy!
